Friendly staff, good food and prices. The complaints must be highly isolated incidents as I am in two or three times per day.
Worst experience ever. Went to get a sub after midnight. Waited 15 min while sandwich person was too busy talking to even acknowledge I was there waiting. Put gloves on. Did not wash hands just put gloves on dropped one. With gloves on picked up glove. Threw away old glove then preceded to make my sandwich. Will go to Hesston rather than go back.
Good food.the staff always friendly. Clean!!!! Never really have to wait in line.
Two night shift ladies are less than pleasant. The lady behind the pizza counter had a serious attitude and is rude. Not ordering pizza at 1 am from there again if she is working
Some of the staff and mangers are VERY short, curt AND rude. Their prices aren't competitive. I'll only go in in the morning and early afternoon. Their food is slightly average especially their pizza. It's ALWAYS greasy.
